Nobuko Iwaia Junior 1, Masters Group

 am originally from Japan and moved to the Vacaville last December.

I was a completive swim team swimmer growing up for 15 years in Japan and U.S.

I graduated from Iowa State University with Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science.

I worked for Kurashiki swimming club for 4 years as Head Age group coach in Japan.

Also, I worked for Ames Cyclone Aquatics club in Iowa as First Assistant coach for 2 year. At same time, I was as assistant coach for Iowa State Women's swimming team for 2 years. And I was a Head group age group coach about a year and half in Carson Tigersharks swim club in Nevada.

My coaching philosophy is to teach life skills, goal setting, and advanced technique though swimming and/or everyday training and swim meets. Most important thing is to have a fun and like the swimming. The swimming will become your life sport/fitness.

My coaching accomplishments are Certified Level 2 coach with the American Swim Coaches Association, produced Master's National Top 5 Finalist three different Age Groups, Junior National Qualifiers, Sectional Qualifiers, Pacific Top 5 Finalist and State Record Holders along with Junior Olympic Champions. I have coached Zone 4 all star team, 2005.
